LAVISH temptations using ingredients from across Derbyshire have helped No 11 deli scoop the reputation it has today.
Owner Liza Fox said the eatery prided itself on supporting local businesses, they said customers also benefited from "quite generous portions". Mrs Fox said: "Buying local produce keeps the local businesses going. Without them you haven't got a town".
We source our eggs from a Tongue farm, and fresh salad and vegetables from Davies fruit and veg in Long Eaton. Our famous Derbyshire cooked ham is sourced from Hunts in Codnor and our fresh breads are from Riddings in Derbyshire. We stock locally made jams and chutneys and handmade chocolate from Breedon. If we are too busy to make it ourselves we endeavour to source it locally.
No.11 deli love to support local individuals and local companies by inviting them to supply our busy deli with their produce and we would like to take this opportunity to welcome local small businesses and give them a chance to work with us in serving our community fresh quality foods.
